The legendary Flying Scotsman provides the setting for this early British thriller. The driver of the famous steam engine, one day before his retirement, is forced to report his stoker for being drunk on duty. The stoker is promptly fired, but sneaks aboard the train the next day to exact his revenge.
Also amongst the passengers is the driver's daughter, whose relationship with the new stoker sets off a disastrous chain of events.
