Chilling true-life account dramatizes the desperate search for Bruno Lüdke, a German serial killer who was responsible for the grisly murders of over 80 women between 1933 and 1944. Although Lüdke was eventually apprehended, Hitler, fearing embarrassment to the Third Reich, ordered all information about the case suppressed and the detective who spearheaded the investigation sent to combat duty.
