Postman Pete's Predicaments

Hello there, glad you could join me on this whirlwind adventure with my friend Cornelius Cone. You know, it's a very challenging job being a postman these days but my friends make it all worthwhile.

Speaking of friends, I bet you're wondering what a busy postman like yours truly is doing introducing this book. Well, there's a lot more to being a postman than just putting letters through letterboxes.

I was wandering around my local village with my postbags on my golf trolley minding my own business when suddenly, this cone with a high visibility belt started talking to me. I was thinking, now come on Pete, pull yourself together, you didn't drink that much last night!! Little did I realise just how much of an important friend this cone was going to become.

So, this is my crazy life with my friend Cornelius Cone. There is so much more to tell you but I think I'll let our wonderful friends in the village share their experiences in these stories that I have handpicked just for you!
