The leadership style that characterizes the interaction between managers and their followers is most important in terms of employee?s efficiency and productivity. Employees are the workforce of any business and they carry out the duties of a firm. Employee?s satisfaction is impacted by the employee?s perception of their job and the organization for which they work for. According to Armstrong (2006) employee performance require the proper working conditions to perform better. A proper working condition will encourage employees, to put up the right attitude and behavior to their job. Employee?s commitment which consists of organizational commitment is positively related to job satisfaction, supervisory support and organizational career support.
