Learning About Becoming a Christian

At 16 years of age under the preaching of the Gospel I had a crisis of belief. I was under extreme conviction of my relationship to our LORD Jesus Christ. I was unsure of my salvation. My question: Did I really receive Him as my LORD and Savior? Having settled that issue and as the years went by I became convicted that there probably were a lot of people who had a similar crisis of belief. As a result, I began to intensely study the Doctrine of Soteriology especially as it relates to what it means to really make a decision for Christ and when is a child ready to receive Christ. This little book comes as a result of those studies and my desire to communicate what it means to be a true follower of Christ with children. I simply want to present the Gospel to every person who is ready to receive Christ knowing it is the Father who calls, the Spirit who convicts and Jesus who saves. The intention of this little book is to present some basics of the Gospel in the simplest terms possible without compromising the message. I am totally open to any comments you might have in helping me be more effective in communicating the Gospel to children.
