Dougie and Sammy

This is the story of Dougie, a mixed-breed rescue dog who was found in an apple crate on a long dusty road in the South. And Sammy, who is one of many squirrels who make their homes high in the trees of a sea-side park in New England. Dougie has a thoughtful, polite manner about him, while Sammy is brash and has a rather get-to-the point personality. But, somehow, despite their differences, Dougie the dog and Sammy the squirrel formed a very unlikely friendship. You just never know who might become your next best friend.
