A mystery that starts in a quiet community in Lake County, Minnesota. An abandoned fishing boat with a corpse included is found half submerged in the reeds of German lake. Retired sheriff, Dave Johnson and his wife, Jan, follow clues to help the F. B. I. track a robber and murderer to an unusual end.
