Turtle Consciousness: the Monk the Rabbi and Einstein - Experiential Fiction
Kerwin Mcleister
This story of mutual awareness and communication between the authors and a twelfth century monk, a second century philosopher and a twentieth century physicist, though true to the authors' experience, is offered as fiction in order to sidestep the conventional concepts of the nature of reality and what is perceived as 'truth'. The term 'Experiential Fiction', however, extends beyond the categorization of the material to imply the inherent possibility of the reader's own unique response to, and experience of, the story: in offering an opportunity to suspend logic and push perceptual boundaries to new limits, it challenges as it entertains.
