But Nat knows that real answers come from a textbook. As the group becomes volatile, she uses research-backed and increasingly coercive tactics to keep the peace, enjoying leadership more than she likes to admit. But is it really a doomsday cult when the world actually is ending? And it’s not murder when everyone’s going to die anyway, right?As the end gets closer and the world outside the summer house becomes more chaotic, Nat’s control over the group is tested.
