Take Ten is a mixed bag of short stories about the fun, pain and possibilities of the human spirit. It's a jumble of daring do, stupidity, pride, love and hope. An entertaining collection of yarns from the Sussex South Downs to the Himalayas. From Morroco, West Africa and the Canadian Wilderness, to Ireland and the streets of Dublin in the 1940s. The stories and characters are loosely based on a few real but mostly imagined situations and encounters in the rollercoaster life experience of the author, who truly believes, we are a society of secret adventurers.
