Jennica James is shot during her concert debut, sending detectives Dylan Drake and Della Bishop on a bizarre trail. A gun turned in by a priest after receiving it during confession leads to an agent operating a highly classified and undercover team under the direction of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and posing as a U.
